The Young Team

Real Estate Branding, Marketing & Signage Design

PROJECT OVERVIEW

When Ryan Young transitioned from a successful culinary career into the world of real estate, he knew the family business brand needed to evolve alongside its growing ambitions. While the original identity—a heart floating above a house icon—held sentimental value, Ryan envisioned a more sophisticated, modern brand that would better reflect the professionalism, confidence, and market presence of The Young Team.

He turned to studio Chartreuse to create a visual identity that felt sleek, memorable, and timeless. Through a strategic branding process, our team developed a bold monogram-based identity system that balanced strength and sophistication while creating a distinctive presence within the highly competitive real estate market. The result was a refined brand that felt professional, masculine, and instantly recognizable across both digital and physical applications.

Once the new identity was established, studio Chartreuse extended the brand across a wide variety of marketing and promotional materials. From real estate signage and listing materials to apparel, advertising campaigns, and print collateral, every touchpoint was carefully designed to reinforce brand recognition and support the team's continued growth.

As the business expanded throughout Northeast Ohio, we worked closely with Ryan and his team to create consistent marketing assets that helped elevate their visibility in the marketplace. Weekly newspaper advertisements, branded signage systems, promotional merchandise, and marketing materials all played a role in strengthening the brand and building trust with prospective buyers and sellers.

As The Young Team expanded its presence within Northeast Ohio's luxury real estate market, the need emerged for a more elevated brand experience tailored specifically to high-end buyers and sellers. To support this growth, studio Chartreuse developed Young Luxury, a sub-brand designed to distinguish the team's premium property offerings while maintaining a clear connection to the parent brand. The new identity was supported by a suite of luxury-focused marketing materials including custom sales presentations, premium listing binders, property showcase materials, direct mail pieces, and elevated collateral designed to enhance the client experience and reflect the expectations of the luxury real estate market.

One of the most rewarding aspects of the project has been the opportunity to collaborate with a family-owned business that values relationships, hard work, and community connection. Watching The Young Team grow and succeed while helping shape the visual identity behind that growth has been a privilege for our studio.

Through strategic branding, advertising, signage, and marketing design, studio Chartreuse helped The Young Team establish a polished and professional brand presence that supports their reputation as one of Northeast Ohio's trusted real estate teams while creating a distinct luxury offering for high-end buyers and sellers.
